3) How do I get a price from Wize Direct?

4) How do I get financing though Wize Direct?
It’s easy! Simply fill out the online application on our secure site. We are not a bank nor do we make any money off our financing programs. We have sought out reputable lenders that offer the most affordable programs.
5) Does Wize Direct sell to anyone?

6) How easy is it to measure my windows and doors?
It’s really easy to measure for a replacement window. Give us the width first then the height. if you have questions, please watch our how to measure video. Remember we just need rough measurements rounded up to the next inch. Please note we always recommend taking a note pad with you and write down any and all information. If you would like you can even take a picture and send it in.
7) Is their a minimum purchase?
There is no minimum purchase for replacing windows; however, be aware that we do have fixed trip cost for the final measure and installation. Therefore the price per window for example for 3 windows would be more than for 12 windows.
8) What are the methods of payment?
We accept all normal methods of payments in cash, checks, all major credit cards, as well as offering a wide range of financing options. Remember we won’t ask you for a dime until the work is completed and you are happy.
9) How long does the process take?
Typically from the time you sign the Go Wize Direct agreement until the time you get new windows can average between 3-5 weeks. Please note that in certain cases (large specialty shape windows or specialty decorative glass may add additional lead time). The home window installation itself normally takes 1-2 days depending on the number of windows/doors.
10) How long is the quoted price good for?
All our prices are guaranteed for at least 30 days. If our pricing hasn’t increased after the 30 days we will continue to honor pricing.
11) How do I know my windows are measured correctly?
Don’t worry we will send a factory tech out to measure down to the 1/8″. When it is time to place your order and even if you are a little off on your measurements it would rarely affect the pricing.
12) How are your installers certified?
All of our window installers are hand picked, back ground checked and drug tested by the manufacture. They all under go installation training from the factory and are AAMA Installation Master Certified.
13) Can I really do the job with no money down?
Yes you really can. We just ask that when the job is done and you are happy, you sign the completion certificate and pay the installer, call in a credit card payment to our office or confirm with the finance company that the job has been completed.
